Correct completion of predefined fields in the application form<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>ATTENTION! The application must be completed in DIACRIPTIC and CAPITAL LETTERS (where applicable) according to the documents provided (candidate's name and surname must be filled in exactly as they appear on the birth certificate; parents' name and surname must be the same as on the birth certificate; home address must be the same as on the identity card, etc.).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Validation of the admission file is delayed if the following are not complied with:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only C.I.\/Passport photos containing only the candidate's face are accepted;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing with diacritics: \u0219, \u021b, \u0103, \u00ee, \u00e2;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidate's full name and parents according to the candidate's birth certificate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanent address as per C.I. ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Only candidates who meet one of the criteria in the regulation are allowed to opt for Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Technologies - English:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school diploma in the language of instruction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of proficiency in English (minimum B2);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test for that language:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Test POLITEHNICA Bucharest;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exam A, B or C of the Baccalaureate exam;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English language subject promoted in high school with an average of at least 8.00 (for 9th, 10th, 11th grades).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The school report or transcript is uploaded double-sided;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A medical certificate issued no more than 30 days before your application.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 32px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 1.2; padding-top: 6vh; padding-bottom: 1vh;\">II. Provision of documents in electronic format (legible, good quality scanned \/ photocopies of original documents held by the applicant)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><strong>Content of the application file for all candidates <\/strong>(Annex IV a <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2026.pdf?v=20260115\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2025.pdf?v=20241215\">Admission Regulations POLITEHNICA Bucharest<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Birth certificate<\/mark> of the candidate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Identity card<\/mark>&nbsp; of the candidate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">A photo<\/mark>&nbsp; passport \/ ID (portrait, on neutral background) - 1 piece;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">School report, transcript, transcript of records or other document\/documents issued by the secondary school from which the candidate comes<\/mark>, specifying the average marks obtained by the candidate during secondary school in the subjects selected for tests P1 and P2 respectively (see Annex II, section Annex II-1.2 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2026.pdf?v=20260115\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2025.pdf?v=20241215\">Admission Rules POLITEHNICA Bucharest<\/a>), as well as the overall averages obtained by the candidate in classes IX, X and XI for test P3 (see Annex III of <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2026.pdf?v=20260115\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2025.pdf?v=20241215\">Admission Regulations POLITEHNICA Bucharest<\/a>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If applicable, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Documents<\/mark> attesting the results obtained by the candidate in a series of <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">additional activities<\/mark> that he carried out in <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">high school years<\/mark> &nbsp;(see Annex III and\/or Annex VI of <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2026.pdf?v=20260115\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2025.pdf?v=20241215\">Admission Rules POLITEHNICA Bucharest<\/a>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Proof of payment of registration fee*<\/mark>&nbsp; the competition or proof of exemption from this fee;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Application form signed by the candidate<\/mark>&nbsp; indicating the candidate's options for early admission to the basic faculty. This application can be downloaded (<a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">download<\/a>) after filling in the rest of the information required for registration (personal data, details of studies and options for the entrance exam). <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">The application, downloaded in .pdf format, will be signed by the applicant and printed on paper (certified electronic signature accepted)<\/mark>then scanned\/photographed and uploaded in the same format on the online application platform <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Affidavit<\/mark>&nbsp; signed by the candidate, verifying the accuracy of the data and documents provided by him\/her during the application process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Medical certificate<\/mark>&nbsp; stating that he\/she is medically fit for the field\/fields of study at POLITEHNICA Bucharest for which he\/she is applying, issued no later than 30 days before the date of application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document(s) proving knowledge of English (see <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2026.pdf?v=20260115\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/docs\/Regulament_admitere_licenta_2025.pdf?v=20241215\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PG - 1.7<\/a>) for candidates opting for study programs taught in English. The submission of such a document is not required for candidates who have taken and passed the English language test organized by POLITEHNICA Bucharest or who have followed a study program in that language in high school.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-css-opacity has-black-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><strong>*<\/strong> The registration fee is 125 lei and can be paid (payment explanations are mentioned: <strong style=\"color: #0693e3;\">full name of the candidate<\/strong>as well as <strong style=\"color: #0693e3;\">Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology - ETTI):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>directly in the online platform <a href=\"https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/admitere.pub.ro\/<\/a>, by bank card;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by bank transfer (made through an e-banking application or at a bank counter): details of this method of payment are still to be provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-css-opacity has-black-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><strong>In addition, for candidates who are graduates of a higher education institution <\/strong>and falling into one of the categories:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Are graduates with a degree and wish to pursue a new degree programme\/field<\/strong> - The file shall be completed with <strong style=\"color: #0693e3;\">Bachelor's degree accompanied by supplement\/matric sheet<\/strong> or a diploma from a higher education institution, specifying the type of funding under which the studies were carried out (budget or fee-paying).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>They are graduates but have not taken the bachelor's exam (diploma) and wish to follow a new study programme\/field<\/strong> - The file shall be completed with <strong style=\"color: #0693e3;\">Certification<\/strong> showing that you are a graduate without a bachelor's degree, specifying the type of funding under which you studied (budget or fee-paying).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-css-opacity has-black-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><strong>For candidates who are\/were students, fee-paying or not<\/strong> (at a faculty of POLITEHNICA Bucharest or other universities) and who<em>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>They give up their studies in the programme\/field\/faculty in which they are\/were enrolled and wish to enrol (in another field or even in the same field) at another faculty<\/strong> - The file shall be completed with <strong style=\"color: #0693e3;\">Certification<\/strong> showing their student status or, where applicable, the period(s) during which they were a student, specifying the number of academic years attended and the financing regime for each year (budget or fee-based).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Want to follow (in parallel) a new study programme (in another field)<\/strong> - The file shall be completed with <strong style=\"color: #0693e3;\">Certification<\/strong> showing the student's status and the funding regime (budget or fee-paying) for the study programme in which they are enrolled. <br><strong style=\"color:#cf2e2e;\">Attention!<\/strong> Only students who have completed the summer examination session of the previous academic year and are full-registered at the end of the summer examination session of the previous academic year can be admitted and enrolled in the admission competition to follow two study programs simultaneously.
