The following steps must be followed to register:<\/p>\n\n

Upload to your personal account on the ETTI platform http:\/\/etti.pub.ro\/absolvire<\/a><\/strong> of the following documents within the timeframe specified in the graduation calendar:<\/p>\n

  1. Application form<\/strong> on students.pub.ro<\/a><\/strong> with the signature of the project leader. It is optional<\/strong> the presence of the graduation average on this application (especially in the situation where some grades on the remainder are passed late), but the application will not be processed until the student has passed all exams. Application form<\/strong> must be completed online on the students.pub.ro<\/a> by each graduate on his\/her own account. In the Diploma project<\/strong> the graduate must select the current session, fill in the project title (with diacritics, IDENTICAL with the subject title in Annex 1<\/strong>), select the coordinator from the list, and if the coordinator does not appear in the list, select \"other university\" and write the name of the coordinator. The form will then be saved and signed by the student and the coordinator.
    ATTENTION! The title of the theme must be in Romanian, and for English programmes the title in English must be added.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Declaration of originality<\/a>:<\/strong> is printed, is completed by hand<\/em>, signed and dated, scanned and different from the declaration of honesty<\/em> to be included in the project (Annex 5 of the ETTI graduation regulations).<\/li>\n
  3. Identity card<\/strong>, scanned<\/li>\n
  4. Employability questionnaire<\/strong> complete online, save and upload the proof that appears after completion. For students in year 4 (ongoing) who have access to studenti.pub.ro, they can use the platform to fill in the questionnaire. For students who do not have access to studenti.pub.ro, the questionnaire can be found here: https:\/\/alumni.upb.ro\/contact\/chestionar-angajabilitate-2025\/<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Similarity ratio<\/strong> generated from Plagiarism Detector (only the relevant pages signed by the student and his\/her supervisor), together with analysis and interpretation of the report<\/strong>. In order to comply with the new regulations on the conduct of graduation exams issued by the university and approved by the senate, available here<\/a>, we apply the following methodology for the graduation of ETTI bachelor programs:\n
