In the event that there are several candidates with equal overall admission averages, the faculty may supplement the number of budget places allocated to a master's program within the total number of places per faculty or will be applied to the candidates according to the average of the undergraduate years of study.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The two competition rounds will take place online on the Microsoft Teams platform. Details of the content of the Master Interview tests can be found at here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Application fee<\/strong> is of 100 RON <\/b>and was established by the University Senate:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Children of active or retired teachers and teaching assistants are exempt from the payment of application fees for higher education entrance examinations.<\/li>\n
  2. The provisions of para. (1.) children with one or both parents deceased, children from single-parent families and persons at risk of losing the ability to meet their daily living needs due to illness, disability, poverty.<\/li>\n
  3. These fees are waived only on the basis of supporting documents submitted by candidates. The approval of the exemption is made by the technical admissions committees of faculties\/departments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Certification of language skills<\/strong> is done in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n

      \n
    • The candidate has a certificate of language proficiency in the language of instruction (minimum B2); the certificate is uploaded to the online application platform;<\/li>\n\n
    • The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the language concerned;<\/li>\n\n
    • The candidate has a foreign language subject for the respective language of instruction promoted in the first year of undergraduate studies with an average of at least 8,00;<\/li>\n\n
    • The candidate takes the online test in POLITEHNICA Bucharest of language skills for the respective language of instruction (if he\/she does not fall into one of the 3 previous conditions) and obtains the qualification PROMOTED;<\/li>\n\n
    • The candidate takes the foreign language test during the interview with the examination board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n\n

      Application file<\/strong> must contain the following documents:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      1. standard application form<\/strong>, according to Annex 1 (to be generated from admitere.pub.ro), in which they will mention, under electronic or scanned signature and under their own responsibility, all the data required by the form;<\/li>\n\n
      2. baccalaureate diploma<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n
      3. bachelor's\/engineer's degree<\/strong> or its equivalent; candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree examination in the June-July session or in the August-September session 2026 may submit their bachelor's degree diploma instead of their license diploma for the immediately following sessions, graduation certificate<\/strong> issued by the faculty, stating both the overall average of the diploma\/license exam and the overall average obtained in each year of study;<\/li>\n\n
      4. transcript of records\/degree supplement<\/strong>, only if the bachelor\/engineer diploma is submitted;<\/li>\n\n
      5. birth certificate<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n
      6. marriage certificate<\/strong> (if applicable);<\/li>\n\n
      7. identity card\/passport<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n
      8. proof of payment of the fee<\/strong> the admission application fee (payment is made in the admissions platform under the section Registration options, after you have selected your desired master's degree);<\/li>\n\n
      9. a sworn declaration (included in Annex 1) stating that the candidate has not previously been awarded a budgeted place in a Master's degree programme if applying for a place without fees;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        By exception, candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree exam in POLITEHNICA Bucharest in the sessions corresponding to the academic year 2025-2026 do not need to submit the documents specified in points (b)-(d)<\/p>\n\n
