In the event that there are several candidates with equal overall admission averages, the faculty may supplement the number of budget places allocated to a master's program within the total number of places per faculty or will be applied to the candidates according to the average of the undergraduate years of study.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The two competition rounds will take place online on the Microsoft Teams platform. Details of the content of the Master Interview tests can be found at here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Application fee<\/strong> is of 100 RON <\/b>and was established by the University Senate:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Children of active or retired teachers and teaching assistants are exempt from the payment of application fees for higher education entrance examinations.<\/li>\n
  2. The provisions of para. (1.) children with one or both parents deceased, children from single-parent families and persons at risk of losing the ability to meet their daily living needs due to illness, disability, poverty.<\/li>\n
  3. These fees are waived only on the basis of supporting documents submitted by candidates. The approval of the exemption is made by the technical admissions committees of faculties\/departments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

    Certification of language skills<\/strong> is done in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • The candidate has a language proficiency certificate for\n language of instruction (minimum B2); the certificate is uploaded in the online application platform;\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The candidate is a graduate of an undergraduate degree program\n or master's degree in the language of instruction; \n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The candidate has a foreign language discipline for\n that language of instruction passed in the first year of undergraduate studies with an average of at least 8,00;\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The candidate takes the online test in POLITEHNICA Bucharest of\n language proficiency test for the language of instruction (if he\/she does not fall into one of the 3\n previous conditions) and obtains the grade PROMOTED;\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The candidate takes the foreign language test as part of the\n interview with the examination board.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Application file<\/strong> must contain the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. standard application form<\/strong>, according to Annex 1 (to be generated from admitere.pub.ro), in which they will mention, under electronic or scanned signature and under their own responsibility, all the data required by the form;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. \n baccalaureate diploma<\/strong>;\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. bachelor's\/engineer's degree<\/strong> or its equivalent; candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree examination in the June-July session or in the August-September session 2026 may submit their bachelor's degree diploma instead of their license diploma for the immediately following sessions, graduation certificate<\/strong> issued by the faculty, stating both the overall average of the diploma\/license exam and the overall average obtained in each year of study;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. \n transcript of records\/degree supplement<\/strong>, only if submitting\n bachelor's degree;\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. \n birth certificate<\/strong>;\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. \n marriage certificate<\/strong> (if applicable);\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. identity card\/passport<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. \n proof of payment of the fee<\/strong> admission fee (payment is made in\n admissions platform in the Enrolment Options section, after selecting the Master's degree you want);\n <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. \n an affidavit (included in Annex 1) declaring that the applicant has never received\n previously been awarded a budgeted place on a Master's degree course if he\/she is applying for a free place;\n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        By exception, candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree exam in POLITEHNICA Bucharest in the sessions corresponding to the academic year 2025-2026 do not need to submit the documents specified in points (b)-(d)<\/p>\n\n\n
