Gheorghe Brezeanu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcc5 When and Where?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>National Phase:<\/strong> March 20 - 21, 2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Campus Leu, ETTI Bucharest (Bd.
