The fields of activity concerned\n  are virtually unlimited, ranging from 'consumer' applications (camera technologies\n  and smartphone mobile terminals), the medical field (products and\n  medical image analysis and processing technologies), military\n  (products and technologies for satellite image processing), the\n  security (surveillance and biometric systems), surveillance\n  industrial automation (product inspection systems), robotics (product inspection\n  human-machine interface systems) and many others.\n<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n  The training is based on the application of programming techniques, algorithmic\n  and machine learning.\n<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n  Potential employers target both academia (teaching and\n  research) as well as industrial R&amp;D environments such as\n  organizations\/firms of any size, from small (e.g. start-ups and\n  spin-off) to multinationals.\n<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cui-i-se-adreseaza\">\n  <strong>Who is it for?<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n  The master program is mainly addressed to engineers in the fields of\n  Computer and Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications\n  and Information Technologies, Applied Engineering Sciences, Engineering\n  Systems Engineering. The program may also be taken by graduates with degrees in\n  Mathematics, Computer Science or Cybernetics.\n<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"obiectivele-programului-de-masterat\">\n  <strong>Objectives of the Master's programme<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n  The TAID master's program aims to train licensed engineers\n  so as to enable them to model and design\n  software\/hardware systems for image processing and analysis and computer\n  vision for specific applications, as well as the ability to identify and\n  analyze specific problems and develop strategies for solving them\n  them.\n<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"competen\u021be-de-specialitate-oferite-absolven\u021bilor\">\n  <strong>Specialist skills offered to graduates<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  The competences recognised by the RNCIS and listed in the diploma supplement are:\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Thorough knowledge of the concepts, principles and methodologies of\n    design specific to the fields of image analysis and processing and\n    their applications;\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Ability to design and implement, as well as test and evaluate\n    complex image processing and analysis systems;\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Ability to create and implement mathematical models appropriate to concepts\n    specific to image processing and analysis;\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;
