\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The steps, in chronological order, are as follows:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The student must sign the addendum directly on the studenti.pub.ro platform, in accordance with the 2026 Rules of Procedure for Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s Degree Programs. Signing is done digitally and only after you have been notified via email or text message that you may sign.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ART. 8. STUDENT CONTRACT<\/em><\/p>\n

    (1) At the beginning of the academic year (within the first 15 business days), students are required to<\/em><\/p>\n

    complete and sign the Addendum (regardless of whether they are enrolled in a tuition-based or tuition-free program), a document certifying their enrollment in the educational program and their placement in a class<\/em><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Payment of fees \u2013 deadline<\/em><\/strong>: <\/em><\/strong>October 16, 2026<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Fees for failed courses (TD), in the amount of 350 lei per course, must be paid exclusively through the studenti.pub.ro platform. In this case, you do not need to provide proof of payment<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Tuition fees (TS) must be paid by bank transfer only. In this case, you must submit proof of payment via email to the class secretary by October 16, 2026.<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

          Important! Tuition is paid only by students who were admitted as fee-paying students, by fourth-year students (starting with the second time they repeat a year), and by second-year master\u2019s students who have exceeded twice the standard duration of their program.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

          Warning!!! The faculty office will track all payments listed in the documents you submit, and any payments not reflected in the bank statement will be deemed fraudulent, which will result in the loss of your student status and the application of the applicable legal provisions.<\/em><\/p>\n

          To calculate the tax due, please keep the following in mind: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Course fees are paid on a semester basis for courses that are being retaken during that semester.<\/em><\/li>\n
          • Tuition is paid on a semester basis, with half of the tuition due in the first semester (by <\/em>(October 16, 2026)<\/em> and a half in the second semester ( (up to <\/em>(March 19, 2027)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
