Attendants will design a complete mixed-signals IC going through all development phases up to tape-out. Students are organized as teams, each team member having specific tasks to perform. Design phases include system specification, behavioral simulation, system partitioning, block specification, floor-planning, block design and simulation, electrical schematic system assembly and simulation, physical design, back end processing and parasitic extraction and re simulation.
