The Erasmus+ competition will take place on October 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the ETTI Council Room, 1st floor, building A, Campus LEU. Further information on how the competition will be conducted will be communicated to candidates after the submission of their application forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All documents are uploaded online only on the <a href=\"http:\/\/erasmus.upb.ro\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"erasmus.upb.ro\">erasmus.upb.ro<\/a> , until 07.10.2025 . The student logs in with the institutional credentials (institutional e-mail) on the platform https:\/\/erasmus.upb.ro and completes the application (see guide: https:\/\/upb.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Mini-ghid-de-informare-Biroul-Erasmus-SELECTIE-Facultate.pdf). In the application, the student must upload the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) School situation (<em>requested from the secretariat<\/em> - ask for the version with fewer signatures for the ERASMUS competition), including the average (M) of the previous semesters of study of the corresponding study cycle, requested from the faculty secretariat, except for doctoral students who will present the doctoral student certificate issued by the secretariat of the Doctoral School;<br>(2) Presentation of the professional-scientific activity, i.e. awards, diplomas, innovations or other relevant results in scientific events, projects, competitions, olympiads, etc., including from the period of high school studies, at local \/ POLITEHNICA Bucharest, national \/ international level;<br>(3) Certificate of proficiency in a language of international communication or in the official language of the host country, issued by the Department of Modern Languages of POLITEHNICA Bucharest or by an authorized institution. The level of knowledge of that language must be at least B2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages;<br>(4) Motivation letter (in English, French or German);<br>(5) EUROPASS Curriculum Vitae (in English, French or German);<br>(6) Copy of identity card<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For communications of any nature check your faculty email address, or Teams. These will be your communication channels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the language certificate, if you don't already have one!<\/strong><br>The language certificate is a component document of both the selection and the grant application, and we invite you to take the free language test if you do not already have one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Testing will be announced shortly. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full rules for the mobilities can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/upb.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Regulament_Mobilitati_ERASMUS_2024.pdf\">https:\/\/upb.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Regulament_Mobilitati_ERASMUS_2024.pdf<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For placement mobilities (internships for summer 2025)<\/strong> you will choose in the erasmus.upb.ro platform only the country where you want to do this mobility if you want to go to a company, or the university if you want to do an internship at a university. For companies you will fill in later where you will do your placement mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing the interview all accepted students must continue the Erasmus+ grant award steps and follow the instructions on the website: <a href=\"https:\/\/upb.ro\/erasmus\/studenti\/\">https:\/\/upb.ro\/erasmus\/studenti\/<\/a> .<br>The email of the Erasmus+ POLITEHNICA Bucharest Erasmus+ office is : erasmus@upb.ro and the office is in the rectorate, room R 401 (opposite the elevators).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other useful information from the regulation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find the evaluation criteria in Art 36 and the amount of the scholarships in Art 4.(3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During their studies, a student can benefit from a maximum of 12 months of Erasmus+ study and placement mobility per study cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilities are classified into:<br>(1) Long-term mobility which can be for study, placement (internship\/internship) or study and placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Study mobility <\/em>long-term is an action which allows students to study for 2 to 10 months in a higher education institution in an EU or non-EU partner country other than their home institution.<br>Depending on the work carried out by the student at the partner institution, the mobility is<br>share:<br>a) training mobility (participation in courses, seminars, laboratories and forms of verification foreseen in the curricula of the partner institution, which are fully recognized at POLITEHNICA Bucharest);<br>b) Internship mobility for the elaboration of the final project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Placement mobility<\/em> Long-term is the action that allows students to undertake a practical work placement. The duration of the placement is between 2 and 4 months for bachelor and master cycles, and between 2 and 10 months for doctoral cycles.<br>Long-term placement mobility can take place in an institution in an EU partner country: enterprises, training centres, research centres, including higher education institutions or other organizations - except EU bodies, EU institutions organizing programmes, Romanian embassies\/diplomatic representations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update 8 oct 2025.
