These systems\n  combine two or more properties: electrical, mechanical, optical, chemical,\n  biological or magnetic, in a multidisciplinary approach. Increasing\n  complexity and diversity of microsystems implies, seemingly paradoxically,\n  simulation, design and testing processes specific to devices and\n  micro- and nano-electronic circuits. The Master has an almost\n  encyclopedic, through the circuits it analyzes (and which represent\n  microelectronics at the highest level), the cutting-edge nanotechnologies\n  generation nanotechnologies it promotes, through the multifunctional test and\n  characterization (on the IMT Bucharest platform) that it makes available\n  students, but also by the openness and horizon that it gives\n  graduates.\n<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cui-i-se-adreseaza\">\n  <strong>Who is it for?<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Master is intended for graduates from:<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">Electronic engineering and telecommunications,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">Computers and information technology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">Electrical and energy engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Applied engineering sciences (specializations: Technological Physics and\n    Biotechnologies)\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">Materials Engineering and Science,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Environmental Engineering (specialization: Biotechnical and Biotechnical Systems Engineering\n    Environmental Systems)\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">Bio and electrochemistry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Industrial Engineering (specialization Nanotechnologies and Processes\n    Unconventional Processes).\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"obiectivele-programului-de-masterat\">\n  <strong>Objectives of the Master's programme<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Acquiring knowledge to analyze, design and implement\n    micromechanical structures, smart sensors. Subjects in the program\n    directly circumscribed to this objective: Electromechanical Microsystems\n    for Radio Frequency (RF-MEMS), Biodevices and Cell Nanoelectronics,\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">Power semiconductor devices for microsystems (DSP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Highlight the fundamental concepts of microelectronics modeling. It\n    discuss new models, some original of the Romanian school, for\n    weak inversion and strong inversion MOS transistors of dimensions\n    nanometer size MOS transistors, for dynamic threshold MOS transistors\n    power devices realized on silicon and broadband semiconductors. Fulfilling\n    This objective is ensured by the courses: Modeling and characterization\n    experimental modeling and characterization of integrated microstructures\n    in microsystems, Simulation of electronic devices and processes\n    in integrated microsystems.\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Integrated circuits for microsystems: self-organizing cellular systems,\n    multi-core digital integrated circuits, typical analog circuits such as: sources\n    current sources and active loads, voltage references, differential and differential stages\n    full excursion output stages, converters. Design techniques for\n    these circuits, software-hardware relationship in design (software-hardware\n    codesign) and presentation of specific application areas are discussed\n    Digital processing in microsystems, Electronics\n    Functional Electronics, CMOS and BiCMOS micro- and nanoelectronic circuits for\n    microsystems.\n  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; padding-top: 15px;\">\n    Familiarization with modern techniques and equipment for processing and\n    characterization at micro and nano scales.
