Student Camps Summer-2024
Update 09.07.2024
ETTI has allocated 30 places in camps as follows:
- 15 places at Hotel TOP, Costinesti, in the period 19.07-24.07.2024
- 6 places at Hotel Vraja Marii, Costinesti, in period 23.08-28.08.2024
- 9 places at Hotel Vraja Marii, Costinesti, in period 28.08-02.09.2024
48 applications were received for the 30 places, so the committee made the ranking and selected the 30 beneficiaries according to the criteria in the regulation. A reserve list was also made with 17 people in case the 30 will not confirm their place in the camp. Below the results (beneficiaries and reserve list). Identification is done by registration number. One person withdrew.
Appeals can be submitted by email to razvan.craciunescu@upb.ro until 10.07.2024 at 17.00.
IMPORTANT: The 30 beneficiaries, to confirm your place in one of the above periods, we invite you on 10.07.2024 at 17.30 on Teams.
If you are part of the 30 selected persons and you do not want to participate in the camp, please write to Mr. Razvan Craciunescu on Teams, or email to razvan.craciunescu@upb.ro.
Also on the 11th, following the allocation of the 30 places, if there are still places available, students on the reserve list will be contacted to confirm their place in the camp.

As the budget and the number of places for each faculty have not yet been received from the Ministry, the selection process is delayed.
Update 17.06.2024
The ETTI faculty committee for the selection of students who will benefit from camps (for the winter of 2024) is composed of:

The selection committee will meet on Thursday, 20 June 2024, at 9 a.m. in room A312, and the result will be announced as soon as possible.
Selection criteria: media and other activities, according to the methodology.
Free student camps are organised during the summer holidays.
The period of the summer student camps is: 14.07-02.09.2024, being structured in 10 series, as follows:
SERIES I: 14-19.07.2024;
SERIES II: 19-24.07.2024;
SERIES III: 24-29.07.2024;
SERIES IV: 29.07-03.08.2024;
SERIES V: 03-08.08.2024;
SERIES VI: 08-13.08.2024;
SERIES VII: 13-18.08.2024;
SERIES VIII: 18-23.08.2024;
SERIES IX: 23-28.08.2024;
SERIES X: 28.08-02.09.2024.
These series are indicative and may be delayed.

Students wishing to participate in this summer camp programme must submit Application and Declaration of Consent completed and signed at the Faculty Secretary's Office by 17.06.2024.
Applications can be submitted both physically and online at secretariat@etti.pub.ro. For online applications you must receive confirmation by email that your application has been registered.
