 Announcement of fees for the academic year 2024/2025 

The procedure for signing contracts in this academic year will be generally the same as in the previous academic year, in that the secretariat will upload the study contracts to the contracts platform, and you will download, print and sign them in holograph (mandatory) and then upload them to the platform together with proof of payment of fees, as applicable. The original contract and proof of payment of fees will be brought to the Secretariat after validation on the platform, but no later than October 31, 2024. 

Student IDs and passbooks will be endorsed only after the Year Registrar receives the original contract from the student. Instead, student IDs will be signed after you have received the validation message. You can apply for the certificate from your account on students.pub.ro. 

For the calculation of the fee due for the first semester you will have to consider the following:  

  • Promoted students who register at the beginning of the academic year a maximum of 2 arrears from previous years will pay 50 lei / credit point. 
  • Promoted students who register at the beginning of the academic year more than 2 arrears from previous years will pay 75 lei / credit point. 
  • Students from years I-III bachelor and years I-II master, who are repeating the year of study (repeaters and re-enrolled), will pay a fee of 100 lei per subject/credit points for the first semester. 

Fourth year students may repeat once with a fee per subject. From the second repetition of the fourth year the fee is 5.000 lei for studies in Romanian /5.500 lei for studies in English and will be payable in full by October 11, 2024. In the case of students who have exceeded the double of the duration of the respective study cycle (no. of signed study contracts), they will pay the repetition fee of 10.000 lei in two installments (first installment upon signing the contract). 

  • First year students admitted with tuition fee for the academic year 2024/2025 will pay half of the annual tuition fee (5.000 lei for undergraduate studies in Romanian, 5.500 lei for undergraduate studies in English, 6.000 lei for master studies in Romanian, 6.500 lei for master studies in English) and will mention the debtor code that they will request by email to the first year secretary.) 
  • Students in years II, III, IV bachelor studies and II master studies, admitted with tuition fee, will pay half of the annual tuition fee (4180 lei for bachelor studies in Romanian, 4.700 lei for bachelor studies in English, 5.220 lei for master studies in Romanian, 5.740 lei for master studies in English) and will mention the debtor code used for payments in previous years. 

The faculty secretariat will follow up all the receipts from the documents submitted by you and those that do not appear on the statement will be labelled as forgeries, which will result in the loss of your student status and the application of the legal provisions in force.
