Announcement concerning the signing of contracts for the academic year 2024/2025

The contracts platform will be operational from October 14 2024 

The signing deadline is 21.10.2024 

Stages in the process of signing the study contract: 

• The Secretariat uploads study contracts on the contracts platform etti.pub.ro/contracts 
• The undergraduate student completes the feedback at https://feedback.elcom.pub.ro/ after logging in by selecting the series and year graduated and entering your password (this is made up of &student, e.g. a student who is now year 2, series A, would access A1 using the code A1&student); at the end of completing the feedback, https://feedback.elcom.pub.ro/ displays a confirmation code that the student will have to save and use in the contract platform
• The master student completes the feedback at https://feedback-masterat.elcom.pub.ro/ after logging in by selecting the master's program and the year of graduation. At the end of the feedback feedback is displays a confirmation code that the student will have to save and use in the contract platform. 
• The student authenticates in contracts platform according to instructions on website; confirmation code previously saved will be used for accessing contracts
• Student download the contracts folder from the contracts platform, respectively 2 copies of the study contract, signs them both holograph (obligatory)and then scan or photograph and upload them to the platform
• The student uploads separately to the folder named receipts, proof of payment of fees for the first semester (if applicable)
• The Secretariat validates contracts or rejects them - in the case of rejection the reasons shall be given   
• The 2 original copies of contracts and proof of payment of fees, where applicable where applicable, will be handed to the secretariat after validation on the platform, according to a schedule to be announced in the following days, but no later than no later than October 31, 2024
• Student IDs and passbooks will only be endorsed after the registrar receives the original contracts
• Validation on the platform

Attention! 

Please print and bring the original contract uploaded by the secretariat on platform, no other variants! 

Otherwise the provisions of the Regulations on organization and conduct of the educational process.
