Announcement on accommodation, transfers and moves for the second semester

Students wishing to stay, transfer or move for the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025 are kindly requested to fill in the necessary information on the form it .

In addition, students who wish to withdraw for the second semester are asked to upload the withdrawal request form and submit the signed original olograf to the administration of the dorm where I live.

Accommodation calendar

  • Completing formDeadline, Tuesday, February 11, 23:59
  • Allocation of places according to expressed preferences, priorities and means:  February 12-13
  • Disenroll/move students who have opted in: February 13,14 and 17 between 8:00-16:00
  • E-mail notification of the allocation (or impossibility of allocation) to all those who applied for a place: Deadline February 17, 12:00 .
  • Payment of dorm payment and uploading of proof of payment (or fee waiver, according to the regulations) by students: Deadline February 18, 12:00
  • E-mailing of the accommodation contract for students who have uploaded proof of payment: Deadline February 19, 12:00
  • Student accommodation: February 20-21 between 08:00-16:00.
