ETTI’s participation in the 14th edition of PoliFEST included educational presentations, industry meetups, two mini-hackathons in electronics and cybersecurity, and demonstrations featuring the NAO robot, open-source 5G cells, and radio-frequency devices. The CETTI, CIA, and Audio Engineering labs, as well as the Vodafone Innovation Hub, were open to visitors.
At the faculty’s booth, ANCOM presented the radio spectrum; Harman International showcased BMW and Mercedes simulators; Orange demonstrated telecommunications technologies; BlueSpace Tech presented a portable drone countermeasure system; and Ultravizion Consult showcased the integration of security, automation, and IoT. Faculty members, doctoral students, the Electronics Students’ League, TechForge, and the Electron Hackathon all contributed to the event.
The festival took place at the universities in Bucharest and Pitești. The ETTI booth also featured demonstrations with dancing robots.
