During the vacation (July 31 – August 21, 2026), the secretariat will be open only for emergencies*, according to the following schedule:

· Wednesday, August 5, 2026 – 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

· Wednesday, August 12, 2026—10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

· Wednesday, August 19, 2026 – 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

* Only requests for student attestations and attestations for those admitted and enrolled in the first year following the entrance exam will be processed.

We do not accept requests for academic transcripts, diploma supplements, certificates for the pension office, or any other requests from students, graduates, or those who have been dismissed. Emails sent during this period will be forwarded after August 24, 2026.
