First year Bachelor and Master students, for the 2026/2027 academic year, are asked to enter their IBAN on the studenti.pub.ro platform. by OCTOBER 9, 2026 (after this date, the class secretary will validate the personal information, and the entry field will be locked). Attention! The account must be opened in the name of the student, not in the name of another person.

Also, students in their second, third, and fourth years of their bachelor's degree and second year of their master's degree, academic year 2026/2027: Students who wish to update their IBAN on the studenti.pub.ro platform are asked to email their class secretary to request the update by OCTOBER 9, 2026.

In accordance with legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data, all students are asked to use their institutional email address (@stud.etti.upb.ro) when corresponding with the faculty registrar’s office. Emails sent from addresses with domains other than the institutional one will be rejected by the email servers used by UPB.
