Housing Session I 2023-2024
Announcement 28 September 2023
Contracts are in the process of being emailed to you where you will also have accommodation information. It is possible that for a number of you, the room may have changed due to the fact that the 2nd floor of P20 is no longer allocated to the electronics faculty, this change took place on 27 September. Those who have paid the rent for P20 and have been moved to Leu A/Leu C, have two options: they can ask for a refund of the difference (write to the accommodation address for help) or use the difference to pay the rent in the following months. We estimate that all contracts will be sent out by 04:00 am. We reiterate that if you are unable to arrive at the time you are scheduled for accommodation in Lion A, you DO NOT NEED TO ANNOUNCE THIS, it is sufficient to come at any time within the specified time slots, trying to arrive as close to the proposed time as possible.
Announcement 27 September 2023
Due to difficulties with room allocation and confirmation of places by students, the deadline for sending contracts is extended by two hours.
Announcement 23 September 2023
Emails with the assignments are in the process of being sent, we estimate that they will all be sent by 04:30 am. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we had more applications than in previous years, all the places in Leu A and Leu C were filled by students from our faculty, so we were unable to accommodate applications from students from other faculties in these dorms. These students were given places, but in other ETTI dormitories. If you do not want the place, simply do not confirm it.
The calendar below has been updated.
Announcement 22 September 2023
The distributions will take place tonight and everyone will have them in their email by 08:00 tomorrow. For students who need to move out of other UPB dorms in LEU A/C and P20, you can check in tomorrow without a contract but with proof of payment (or payment waiver) in all three dorms, and on Sunday in LEU A and LEU C, both days between 08:00 and 14:00. You will receive your contract during the following days, don't forget to upload your proof of payment (or payment waiver) in the form you received in the assignment email.
