The master's program admission interview will take place online (as scheduled above) on the Microsoft Teams platform via the following link General | ETTI Master's Program Admissions, July 2026 (you will have access to the class only after you are added). Candidates are scheduled every 10 min.

In the event that there are more than one applicant with equal overall admission averages, the faculty may supplement the number of budget places allocated to a master's programme within the limit of the total number of places per faculty, or a separation of applicants according to their undergraduate average. 

The two tests will be conducted online on the Microsoft Teams platform. Details on the content of the Master's interview tests can be found athere. 

The registration fee is 100 RON and was established by the University Senate: 
(1) The children of active or retired teaching and auxiliary teaching staff shall be exempt from paying the application fees for higher education entrance examinations. 
(2) The following shall benefit from the provisions of paragraph. (1) children with one or both parents deceased, children from single-parent families and persons at risk of losing their ability to meet their daily living needs due to illness, disability or poverty. 
(3) Exemption from payment of these fees shall be granted only on the basis of supporting documents submitted by candidates. Approval of exemption is made by the technical committees for enrolment by faculties/departments. 

Certification of language skills is done in one of the following ways: 
- The candidate has a certificate of language proficiency in the language of instruction (minimum B2); the certificate is uploaded to the online application platform; 
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the language concerned; 
- The candidate has a foreign language subject for that language of instruction passed in the first year of undergraduate studies with an average of at least 8.00; 
- The candidate takes the online language proficiency test in POLITEHNICA Bucharest for the respective language of instruction (if he/she does not meet one of the 3 previous conditions) and obtains the grade PROMOTED; 
- The candidate takes the foreign language test during the interview with the examination board. 

The application file, which must contain the following documents: 
a) the standard application form, according to Annex 1 (download it from the admission platform in the Documents Section), in which they will mention, under electronic or scanned signature and under their own responsibility, all the data required by the form;
b) baccalaureate diploma;
c) bachelor's/engineer's degree or its equivalent; candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree examination in the June-July session or in the August-September session 2026 may submit their bachelor's degree diploma instead of their license diploma for the immediately following sessions, graduation certificate issued by the faculty, stating both the overall average of the diploma/license exam and the overall average obtained in each year of study;
d)  the school report/supplement to the diploma, only if the bachelor/engineer diploma is submitted;
e) birth certificate;
f) marriage certificate (if applicable);
g) identity card/passport;
h) proof of payment of the fee application for admission (payment is made in the admissions platform in the Enrollment Options section, after you have selected the master's degree you want);
i)  a sworn declaration (included in Annex 1) stating that the candidate has not previously been awarded a budgeted place in a Master's degree programme if applying for a place without fees;

By exception, candidates who have passed the bachelor's degree exam in POLITEHNICA Bucharest in the sessions corresponding to the academic year 2025-2026 do not need to submit the documents specified in points (b)-(d)
