Announcement concerning the signing of contracts for the academic year 2024/2025

The contracts platform will be operational from October 14, 2024 

The signing deadline is 21.10.2024 

Stages in the process of signing the study contract: 

  • The undergraduate student completes the feedback at https://feedback.elcom.pub.ro/ after logging in by selecting the series and year of graduation and entering the password (this is made up of &student, e.g. a student who is now year 2, series A, would access A1 using the code A1&student); at the end of completing the feedback, https://feedback.elcom.pub.ro/ displays a confirmation code which the student will have to save and use in the contract platform
  • The master student completes the feedback at https://feedback-masterat.elcom.pub.ro/ after logging in by selecting the Master's program and the year of graduation. At the end of the feedback feedback is displays a confirmation code which the student will have to save and use in the contract platform. 
  • The student authenticates in contracts platform as instructed on website; confirmation code previously saved will be used to access contracts
  • Student download from the contracts platform the folder called contracts, respectively 2 copies of the study contract, sign both of them hand-written (obligatory)and then scan or photograph and upload them to the platform
  • The student uploads separately to the folder named receiptsProof of payment of fees for the first semester (if applicable)
  • The Secretariat validates the contracts or rejects them - in the case of rejection, the reasons will be given   
  • The 2 original copies of the contracts and the proof of payment of the fees, if applicable, will be submitted to the secretariat after validation on the platform, according to a schedule to be announced in the following days, but no later than October 31, 2024
  • Student IDs and passbooks will only be endorsed once the original contracts have been received by the registrar
  • Validation on the platform is sufficient to issue student IDs

Attention! 

It will print and bring the original contract uploaded by the secretariat on the platform, no other versions! 

Otherwise, the Regulations on the organization and conduct of the educational process will apply.
