Dear student,

Congratulations on your new role as a student of Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Engineering (ETTI) within National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA BUCUREȘTI.

Part of your interaction with the faculty will be online (the faculty's web address is etti.upb.ro where you will find further information) and some resources will require a login procedure. For authentication you will use the e-mail address declared at registration.

According to the "Regulation on the Organization and Conduct of the Educational Process at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest" participation in teaching activities related to the learning process and your inclusion in study groups is based on Annual study contract.

For first year students, deadlines will be displayed in a timely manner. Do not insist on messages before the updated information appears on the faculty website.

Drawing up the annual license contracts for first year students includes the following steps:

I. Completion of annual study contracts/annexes to study contracts.

II. Signing of annual study contracts / annexes to study contracts.

Online service for completing annual study contracts (select preferences, view, edit, etc) is available at the beginning of each academic year on the faculty application servers at an address which will be made public in due course on the website etti.upb.roduring the month of September. Those who choose not to use this service will be assigned by default to the remaining places. Access to this service will be via the web application https://etti.pub.ro/contracte/. You will find information about authentication on the application page.

Useful tips for using the app:

• When resetting your password, check the SPAM folder as well!
• Use a device with a stable internet connection (PC, Laptop), the application is not optimized for mobile phones, incomplete transactions may occur and you may not be able to delete certain options; - Add the email address admin@etti.pub.ro to your contact list to avoid receiving spam system messages.
• If you reset your password more than once, the last password remains valid.
• After a number of failed attempts the ip will be blocked for a period of time.

Those who have problems accessing this system are advised to contact the faculty IT service at admin@etti.pub.ro.

Failure to finalize (sign) the annual study contract on time leads to the loss of the ETTI faculty student status.
