Session I of accommodation 2025-2026
Announcement September 26
Accommodation contracts are being sent to the institutional e-mail addresses (@stud.etti.upb.ro). We estimate that all contracts will be sent by 06:00.
Students can present themselves for accommodation according to the timetable shown below, carrying the documents mentioned in the email.
If you do not receive your accommodation contract email, please contact ETTI Accommodation Commissionon the first floor of the dormitory LEU A.
Announcement September 25
For technical reasons, Accommodation today will be in LEU-C and P1 dormitories only.
Accommodation contracts for students assigned to LEU-C and P1 dormitories will be sent in the morning to the institutional e-mail address (@ stud.etti.upb.ro). You will be notified as soon as they have been dispatched.
Students assigned to the other dormitories will be able to check in as of Friday according to the program below.
Announcement September 24
Accommodation contracts will be sent out tonight. When the submission process will start, we will come back with an official announcement.
The provisional timetable for hostel accommodation below remains valid if we manage to transmit the contracts tonight.
Announcement September 22
The accommodation rates for the period October 2025 - June 2026.
- Students who have confirmed their place (as announced in July 2025)
- must pay payment difference and provide proof when checking into the dorm. (not to be uploaded in the confirmation form)
- Students who have not yet confirmed their place
- must pay full tariff and upload the proof of payment together with the proof of fee reduction (where applicable), according to the table in the Annex.
- First year students
- those who paid the dormitory fee at registration (in July) will start paying current prices as of November, according to the table in the annex.
Attention! Budget students in special categories (children of teachers and teaching assistants, orphans of a parent, single-parent families or foster children) benefit, starting this year, from a subsidy of only 1.5according to EMCO 7844/2024.
They have to pay the appropriate difference for each dormitory.

Announcement September 21
Allocation emails are being sent out; we expect them to be fully transmitted by 10:00. Unfortunately, as the number of applications was higher than in previous years, all places in dormitories Leu A and Leu C were filled by students from our faculty. Therefore, we could not accommodate requests from students from other faculties for these dormitories.
In order to confirm your place, you must upload your proof of payment of the accommodation fee or, where applicable, your exemption document, in the online form available in the allocation e-mail.
First year students who already have an accommodation contract do not need to take any further action at this stage.
Payment will be made according to the rates and bank accounts mentioned in the document accessible in the email. The July 2025 Accommodation Notice will be used for this stage and students will be expected to pay any resulting differences next week.
Students must upload the proof of payment of the accommodation fee or, where applicable, the exemption document, in the form, regardless of whether or not the documents have been previously uploaded on the contracts website!
Please note: Failure to meet the deadline for payment will result in forfeiture of your seat - September 22, 23:59.

We currently have no information on payment and accommodation rates. These will be communicated in a later announcement, together with the full program.

Students wishing accommodation for the academic year 2025-2026 are kindly requested to fill in all the required information on the platform https://etti.pub.ro/contracte/login.php in the special "Accommodation" section (this section will be available from 16.09.2025).

Deadline September 19, 23:59.
NOTE 1: First year students who already have an accommodation contract do not need to fill in the form on etti.pub.ro/contracte/. They will have to go directly to the administration of the assigned dormitory, with a copy of the accommodation contract, in order to pick up the room key, according to the timetable that will be announced during these days.
NOTE 2: Filling in the information applies to all students, both undergraduate and master's students, including those who have already completed the application on the studenti.pub.ro platform.
Our faculty has places in the following dormitories:
Leu A - rooms with three beds, en suite bathroom.
Lion C - rooms with two beds in the room, bathroom on the landing.
P1 - rooms with two places in the room, bathroom per module.
P20 - rooms with two beds in the room, bathroom on the landing. This dormitory offers superior conditions (TV and refrigerator in the room, laundry on the ground floor and fully equipped kitchen on the landing).
P23 - rooms with two beds in the room, toilet on the landing. This dormitory is dedicated to foreign students.
The accommodation calendar and the amount of the accommodation fee will be published in the next period.
From September 15, the email address is activated cazari@etti.pub.ro. For any questions or problems, please use this address, as the faculty secretariat is not involved and has no information about the accommodation process.
Attention! Being allocated a room this academic year does not guarantee that you will receive the same room in future years. Room and roommate preferences will be honored only to the extent possible and in order of priority and average. Any room changes or upgrades will only be made with the approval of the dorm administration at the risk that you may be moved to a different room the following year.
