Competition Calendar: 2026 Early Admission Session

In the context of the admission competition for admission to the Master's degree programme in early admission sessiona candidate can apply only at one faculty in POLITEHNICA Bucharest.

List of master's programs with places open for early admission:

In the event that there are several candidates with equal overall admission averages, the faculty may supplement the number of budget places allocated to a master's program within the total number of places per faculty or will be applied to the candidates according to the average of the undergraduate years of study.

The two competition rounds will take place online on the Microsoft Teams platform. Details of the content of the Master Interview tests can be found athere.

Application fee is of 50 RON to register for early admission, and was set by the University Senate:

1. 1. Children of active or retired teachers and teaching assistants are exempt from the payment of application fees for higher education entrance examinations.

1. 1. The provisions of para. (1.) children with one or both parents deceased, children from single-parent families and persons at risk of losing the ability to meet their daily living needs due to illness, disability, poverty.

1. 1. These fees are waived only on the basis of supporting documents submitted by candidates. The approval of the exemption is made by the technical admissions committees of faculties/departments.

The application file must contain the following documents:</strong>

a) registration form form, according to Annex 2 (to be generated from admitere.pub.ro), in which they will mention, under electronic or scanned signature and under their own responsibility, all the data required by the form (download from the regulation);

b) birth certificate ;

c) marriage certificate(if applicable);

d) school situation of undergraduate years prior to the current year in which they are in, or the transcript of records/ diploma supplement if they graduated from an undergraduate program in a previous year;

e) identity card identity card/passport;

• Information on your home address, in the case of the Electronic Identity Card (EIC):
  - by reading the CEI with the RO CEI Reader mobile app, Android or iOS version - a pdf is generated and you can upload it together with your copy of the CEI;
  - by requesting an electronic certificate of attestation of the address of domicile/residence - you can obtain it online, free of charge and electronically signed by the General Directorate for the Register of Persons, by going to https://carteadeidentitate.gov.ro/utile/.

(f) proof payment of the early admission application fee;

g) an affidavit (included in Annex 2) stating that the candidate has not previously been awarded a budgeted place on a Master's degree course if applying for a tuition-free place.

By exception, candidates who are students in a final year of undergraduate studies at POLITEHNICA Bucharest in the academic year 2025-2026 do not need to submit the document specified in point (d).

Certification of language skills is done in one of the following ways:

• • The candidate has a certificate of language proficiency in the language of instruction (minimum B2); the certificate is uploaded to the online application platform;

• • The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the language concerned;

• • The candidate has a foreign language subject for the respective language of instruction promoted in the first year of undergraduate studies with an average of at least 8,00;

• • The candidate takes the online test in POLITEHNICA Bucharest of language skills for the respective language of instruction (if he/she does not fall into one of the 3 previous conditions) and obtains the qualification PROMOTED;

• • The candidate takes the foreign language test during the interview with the examination board.
