Study Contracts

Dear student,

We congratulate you for your new quality as a student of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Engineering (ETTI) within the “Politehnica” University of Bucharest (UPB).

Part of your interaction with the faculty will be “online” (the web address of the faculty is electronica.pub.ro where you will find additional information, you can use on the faculty web page the search box at the top right) some resources requiring an authentication procedure. You will use the email address declared at registration to log in.

According to the “Regulation on the organization and development of the educational process in UPB” the participation in the didactic activities related to the educational process and your inclusion in the study formations is based on “Annual study contract”.

For first year students, deadlines will be displayed in a timely manner. Do not insist on messages before the updated information appears on the faculty website.

The elaboration of the annual license contracts for the first year students includes the stages:

The online service for completing annual study contracts (selecting preferences, viewing, editing, etc.) is available at the beginning of each academic year on the faculty application servers at an address that will be made public in a timely manner on the website electronica.pub.ro, during September. Those who choose not to use this service will be assigned ex officio to the vacancies.

Access to this service will be through an application on the server https://etti.pub.ro/contracte/. You will find information about authentication on the application page.

Useful tips for using the app:

• When resetting your password, check the SPAM folder as well!
• Use a device with a stable internet connection (PC, Laptop), the application is not optimized for mobile phones, incomplete transactions may occur and you may not be able to delete certain options;
• Add email address admin@etti.pub.ro in the contact list, to avoid receiving spam system messages.
• If you reset your password more than once, the last password remains valid.

Those who have problems accessing this system are advised to contact the faculty IT service at admin@etti.pub.ro. If they fail, they will have to contact the IT department in person on the mezzanine floor, room AM 003, (next to the room where you registered for the entrance exam). between 9:00 and 11:00.
