ERASMUS competition March 2024 stage

1. The Erasmus+ selection competition, organised by the ETTI Faculty on 26 March 2024, 10 a.m. will be held in a hybrid format (preferably physical, possibly online for students who cannot actually participate in the examination room). The committee will be present for the related interviews in the Computer Room 1 on the ground floor of Building B in LEU. For students who will participate online, the teams channel where the selection competition will be held:
2. As no specific place has been created on the ERASMUS platform for uploading applications, they will be submitted to the committee on the date of examination (physically or online via the above mentioned channel).

The Erasmus+ Selection Competition, organised by the ETTI Faculty, is open to undergraduate, masters and PhD students.
The application file will contain the following documents:
- Application to the Dean.
- The opinion of the mobility coordinating teacher with
University of choice (see Annex at the end). - The application must indicate the type of mobility: study or placement.
- Teaching results, including the average (M) of previous semesters of study. Masters and PhD students will attach all previous transcripts.
- Presentation of professional-scientific activity - awards, diplomas, innovations or other relevant results in scientific events, projects, competitions, Olympiads, etc., including during high school, at local/UNSTPB or national/international level.
- Certificate of proficiency in a language of international communication or the official language of the host country (can be: Cambridge ESOL, TOEFL, possibly issued by another accredited institution, or certificate obtained from the Department of Modern Languages of UNSTPB).
- Cover letter (in English, French or German).
- EUROPASS model curriculum vitae (in English, French or German).
- Copy of Identity Card.
Each candidate shall consider the following:
- the document in point 2 is requested from the faculty secretary's office (in extreme cases, a copy from the students.pub.ro platform is provided);
- the document in point 4 is issued by an authorised institution or by the Department of Modern Languages of UNSTPB;
- all documents are placed in an envelope folder - the Erasmus+ Student Application File on which they are written, as appropriate:
- Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology
- Erasmus+ student application form
- Name and surname
- Student / Master / PhD student, Year of study (current)
- ERASMUS code of the partner university
- Phone and e-mail
- Date of submission
- Candidate students should contact their mobility coordinators

Note:
To apply, each student wishing to participate in the ERASMUS+ competition must
scan the entire file (in the order above, with the cover page first) and will
upload the generated pdf file (possibly zip files or archive) to the website
https://erasmus.upb.ro/login (for more information, see the Mini-
guide_info-Erasmus-eng_Outgoing_Applications.pdf). Document(s)
mentioned above will be uploaded in electronic form by 25 March
2024, 8pm. The original file will be handed in by the student afterwards according to
the indications that will be announced during the competition. - Further information on the ERASMUS+ education programme can be found at

as well as from mobility coordinators. - Language tests for students participating in the ERASMUS selection in
March and do not hold a language certificate will be held on Wednesday 6 March 2024 on

Note: the results of the language test (mentioned above) will most likely be received by
the ERASMUS exam/March 2024 stage. In exceptional cases, those students taking them
(on 6 March 2024), if they do not receive the document by 25 March 2024 they will announce in the
