Notice on the promotion procedure for the academic year 2024/2025
For undergraduate studies:
Models of the necessary applications can be found in the Procedures.
Students who have not obtained the required mandatory credit points in the academic year 2023/2024respectively:
- minimum 35 cst for the second year
- minimum 95 cst for the third year
- minimum 155 cst for the transition to year IV
may apply for promotion with derogation from Art. 24 from Regulation on the organization of the undergraduate education process if they got:
- minimum 30 cst for the second year
- minimum 85 cst to pass in the third year
- minimum 140 cst for the transition to the fourth year
For master studies:
According to art. 21 of the Regulation on the organization of the master's degree course, the transition to the second year can be made if the master student got all the 20 cst for research/practical activities and at least 20 cst of the teaching activities
Applications should be emailed to the year secretary during the period 03.09-09.09.2024.

- Please note that you must receive confirmation of receipt from the Year Registrar within 48 hours of sending your application. Otherwise please come to the Faculty Secretary's Office for submission of your application, but no later than 11.09.2024, inclusive.
- Subsequent applications will not be considered.
