2025–2026 Graduation Schedule – September Session
The following deadlines apply for the Diploma/Dissertation exam:
- Enrolment and acceptance by a teacher for an assignment: March 20, 2026 for the support in June respectively May 29, 2026 for the September session.
- Working on the project and uploading milestones (intermediate) to your personal account on the graduation website:
- Stage one: August 23, 2026
- Second stage: August 23, 2026
- Upload preliminary draft; the draft uploaded here will be checked for plagiarism: August 23, 2026
- Marking by the supervising teacher of the activities in the subjects "Diploma project practice"etc: August 28, 2026.
- Register (online) with the secretariat for the fall session:
- Upload final draft PDFas well as the poster; the uploaded version can also be checked for plagiarism and will be examined and marked by the committee members:
- diploma: September 6, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
- dissertation: September 6, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
- Presentation before the committee (If the date and time of the presentation are missing, please contact the secretariat or the committee chair):
