Student Camps Summer 2026
Those wishing to attend a student camp in the summer of 2026 should follow the steps below by 14.06.2026:

- These 2 documents are signed and sent to the year secretary either by email or physically. Other relevant documents (diplomas from competitions, volunteering, etc.) are attached depending on what you fill in in the Cultural, artistic, scientific or sport performances field of the form
In the case of students with disabilities, they will be able to request in the standard application form to be accompanied in the camp by the person designated as personal assistant by the medical committee, within the limit of the places allocated to the university, higher education institutions having the obligation to provide places for all accompanying persons of students with disabilities.
Timetable for the summer camp application process :
The beneficiaries of summer camps are undergraduate/master/doctoral students as follows (in order of priority):
- social cases - students orphaned by one or both parents, those coming from children's homes or foster homes, apartments, emergency reception centers and maternal centers according to art. 123 of Law no. 272/2004, Roma, high school graduates from rural areas and those benefiting from social scholarships - students suffering from: tuberculosis, who are in the evidence of the medical units, during the period of tuberculostatic treatment, insulinonecessary diabetes, malignant diseases, severe malabsorption syndromes, chronic kidney disease in dialysis program, persistent moderate or severe persistent bronchial asthma, grand mal epilepsy, congenital heart disease, chronic hepatitis with advanced fibrosis (stage F3 or F4), glaucoma, severe myopia, severe forms of autoimmune immunological diseases, rare diseases, autistic spectrum disorders, severe hematological diseases requiring continuous treatment or frequent hospitalization, bilateral deafness, cystic fibrosis, those infected with the HIV virus or AIDS, those with locomotor disabilities and those with a degree of disability, these categories representing a maximum of 20 % (within the limit of places requested) of the places allocated to universities;
- students - doctoral students, master's students, students with outstanding academic results in the previous school year, integralist students (students who have passed the exams in all compulsory subjects included in the curriculum from the previous school year, (with the exception of students who are in the first year of studies and apply to participate in the camp series held during the winter holidays) and in the case of first year students, students who are full time students for the first semester of the current year of studies, with a maximum of 60%, those who have been involved in organized university activities, in various cultural, artistic, scientific, sporting and voluntary activities, including those carried out within legally constituted student organizations of the faculty or university, for a minimum of 20%.
