Practice - stage VI
The evaluation process of the internship is carried out in two stages:
- Evaluation by the tutor. At the end of the internship, the student is evaluated by the tutor, who completes evaluation form for the internship activity (Annex 2), form to be attached Certificate of practice (On the basis of this form, the tutor awards a score between 1 and 5 (5 being the best performance). The criteria assessed by the tutor are grouped into three categories:
- Degree of achievement of practical skills of a technical nature specified in the practice portfolio;
- Degree of acquisition of the communication and organisational skills specified in the internship portfolio;
- Degree of acquisition of employability skills in an organised work structure.
- Final check and award of final score will be done by an ETTI committee which includes the student's assigned supervising teacher. At the colloquium, the student is assessed, taking into account:
- Internship portfolio submitted by the student. The internship portfolio will contain the following set of mandatory documents corresponding to the internship completed:
- Framework Convention (TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT) - traineeship reference
- Practice Notebook, endorsed (mandatory) by the internship tutor (Annex 1).
- Evaluation form for the internship activityof the student trainee, completed and signed by the trainee tutor (Annex 2).
- Certificate of practice received from the Practice Partner, which must be registered, signed and stamped by the legal representative of the Practice Partner (Annex 3).
- Questionnaire on how to carry out the internship activity completed by the student (Annex 4).
- Information obtained in the traineeship monitoring process (discussions of the supervising teacher with the tutor and the student practitioner respectively, visits of the supervising teacher to the place of practice, etc.).
The assessment board checks the documents, monitors the quality of the information in the workbook and, through discussion, questions and answers, determines how well the student has mastered the concepts, techniques and processes they have encountered.
The final score will be expressed in whole numbers between 0 and 100 and will be awarded according to the following criteria:- Average grades proposed by the tutor (30 points maximum) (see Annex 3 - Certificate of practice);
- The entries in the practical workbook (30 points maximum);
- Oral examination (40 points maximum), in which they will be analysed in particular:
- the relevance of the activities carried out for vocational training;
- the skills and knowledge acquired by the student;
- the results obtained by the student.
- Internship portfolio submitted by the student. The internship portfolio will contain the following set of mandatory documents corresponding to the internship completed:
The number of credit points, i.e. the qualification "ADMIS", to be obtained after the internship requires a passing score (score equal to or greater than 50 points) and is conditional on the student completing 360 hours of actual practical work.
