(only for students with a minimum scholarship average of 5.00 and a maximum net income per family member of 1,898 lei)
* application and declaration of income, standard form
* xerox copy of the student's birth certificate and identity card
* xerox copy of the parent/legal guardian's identity card
* xerox copy of the document proving the status of legal guardian (if applicable)
* xerox copies of birth certificates or identity documents, as appropriate, of other family members
* xerox copies of parent(s)' death certificate(s), if applicable
* certificate from the educational institution/unit showing the student status of the other siblings/siblings (specifying whether they have obtained a scholarship)
Proof of income of family members:
* employee's certificate, in the case of income from wages or equivalent, showing the total net monthly income of each parent and possibly of the student, for the last 3 months (July 2023, August 2023, September 2023).
* pension coupon, in the case of pensions (including maintenance, survivor, disability, etc.), for the last 3 months (July 2023, August 2023, September 2023).
* Unemployment coupon, in the case of unemployment benefit income, for the last 3 months (July 2023, August 2023, September 2023).
* certificate from the town hall in case of agricultural income
* voucher for income from sick leave for pregnancy or maternity or temporary incapacity allowance, in compliance with the legal provisions in force, for the last 3 months (July 2023, August 2023, September 2023).
* coupon for income from grants, allowances and other forms of special-purpose support from the state budget, the state social security budget, special funds, local budgets and other public funds, including those from non-reimbursable external funds, as well as those of the same nature received from other persons, with the exception of allowances for temporary incapacity for work, including allowances for: maternity risk, maternity, child-raising and sick child care, for the last 3 months (July 2023, August 2023, September 2023).
* divorce decree in case of alimony income
* certificate from the financial authorities in case of other incomes (from the recovery of movable goods in the form of waste through collection centres, income from economic activities by authorised natural persons, sole proprietorships and family businesses, any income from self-employment and from the recovery of intellectual property rights, from dividends earned in the last 12 calendar months, etc.).
* ATTENTION!!! Major members of the applicant's family (including the student) must submit a certificate from the financial authorities and those who have no income of any kind must submit an additional notarized statement stating that in (July 2023, August 2023, September 2023)
have not earned any income.
According to art.15, Order 3392/2017, for derisory incomes (zero or very low) a social investigation report is required, carried out in compliance with the legal provisions, showing the exact situation of the family. The social survey is also compulsory if the student's parents work or live abroad.
In the case of married students, the family is considered to be a single family, consisting of husband, wife and children. When determining the income per family member, all income earned by them is taken into account.
Social files can also be submitted by sick students TB patients, those on the medical units' register, those suffering from diabetes, malignant diseases, severe malabsorption syndromes, chronic renal failure, bronchial asthma, epilepsy, congenital heart disease, chronic hepatitis, glaucoma, severe myopia, immunological diseases, rare diseases, autism spectrum disorders, haematological diseases (haemophilia, thalassaemia, etc.).), deafness, cystic fibrosis, those infected with HIV or AIDS, those with locomotor disability, ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatic fever.In this case, a medical certificate issued by a specialist doctor, other than the family doctor, must be submitted, showing the course and clinical picture of the medical problem from which the student suffers. For this category, no documents proving family income are required.
Documents must be submitted to the Secretariat between 9 and 20 October 2023, inclusive, according to the work schedule, to the year secretary. The Scholarship Award Committee, constituted at the faculty level, withdraws/withdraws the scholarship received, in special cases such as: submission of false documents, student's departure from the faculty, serious misconduct of academic discipline, other special situations.
