Checkmark button Anti-plagiarism check The anti-plagiarism check has been finalized by the dean's office and the result has been uploaded on the graduation platform or sent directly to the coordinating professors.

  • After analyzing the report, the coordinators will send the similarity report to the students, together with any comments on it.
  • Students will upload the report, together with the other documents, on the graduation platform, in the field "Signed similarity report" in the section "Graduation winter 2025 - Documents”.
  • In the final version of the paper, students will incorporate any changes indicated by the coordinator.

Note: It will load a single document which contains the first two pages of the similarity report (the name of the evaluated file and the first page of the paper) as well as the relevant pages at the end of the document (ORIGINALITY REPORT & PRIMARY SOURCES).

CameraThe following documents are not uploaded to your personal account:

  1. Proof of payment of the examination fee for those who have studied on a fee-paying basis or are repeating the school-leaving exam - to be sent by e-mail to secretariat@electronica.pub.ro
  2. Liquidation sheet is no longer part of the documents that the student submits when registering, as from the academic year 2019-2020 it is completed by the secretariat.
  3. Two photos taken recently, on photographic paper, colour, size 3x4cm. There are three ways to do this:
    • by Romanian post;
    • by express courier;
    • deposit in the metal boxes in the secretariat. 

      For the first two ways, the costs will be borne by you. For the third, you will use the six metal boxes in the secretariat, each for one specialisation. Whichever method you choose, please send or submit your photos in an envelope with your name, surname and specialisation written on the envelope and your name, surname and specialisation written on the back of the photos.

The following deadlines are valid for the following examination Diploma/Dissertation from February 2025:

  • Project upload prefinal PDF - the uploaded version is the one that will be checked for plagiarism:
    • 18.01.2025 - 06.02.2025
  • Register (online) with the secretariat for the winter session:
    • 10.02.2025 - 14.02.2025
  • Project upload final PDF and its summary:
    • 17.02.2025 - 20.02.2025
  • Support before the committee:
    • diploma: 25.02.2025 - 27.02.2025; Committee planning link: (to be announced)
    • dissertation: 25.02.2025 - 27.02.2025; Committee planning link: (to be announced)

Note 1: The application process is online using graduation platformby going to the "Winter 2025 Graduation" menu (available for students only).

Note 2: The anti-plagiarism check will be carried out by the dean's office and the result of the check will be forwarded to the coordinating professor.
