Breakdown by Major
NOTE: At the end of the first year, before the start of the second year of study, students in the Communication Sciences program will be assigned to one of two specializations: Journalism and Digital Media. Assignment will be based on the preferences indicated in the students’ applications and their grade point average at the end of the first year, subject to the enrollment capacity established for each specialization.
 

For the CTI and IETTI fields, the ETTI School does not hold the S3 session.

 

The ETTI Faculty is organizing the S2+ session

The local admissions committee contacts the first candidates who meet the minimum requirements by phone, in descending order of their grade point averages, to invite them to fill these spots, either partially or in full. Candidates who accept and confirm their participation via text message must validate their application and enroll on July 28–29, 2026.

The ETTI School is not holding the S1+ exam session

 

Applicants which at registration opt and for places for which tuition is for the benefit of Romanian Intelligence Service must have successfully completed additional application and beneficiary-specific assessment phase (the necessary information can be found here)

Candidates who, when registering, also opt for places for which tuition is Special Telecommunications Service must have successfully completed the additional stage of application and specific assessment at the beneficiary (the necessary information can be found at here)

 

SESSION II - ADMISSION

This session corresponds to the traditional university admission session, which candidates attend only after they have graduated from high school and passed the National Baccalaureate Examination. All the faculties of the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest participate in this session with all the available fields and places in the portfolio.
