Practice - stage I

In accordance with the legislation in force and in order to ensure the transparency and efficiency of the process, we inform you that the following documents are required for the internship:

• Protocol of collaboration on the completion of the internship: (the document is the official agreement between the university and the company/laboratory regarding the completion of the internship);
• Annex 1 - Offer of traineeships: This appendix should include specific details of the internship positions offered, such as the field of work, student requirements and responsibilities, benefits offered, etc.

These documents will be published each academic year along with the internship calendar and must be completed and submitted according to the instructions below:

• Electronic submission: Completed and digitally signed documents can be sent to iulia_angela.popa@upb.ro.
• Physical deposition: Holographically signed documents should be submitted / physically submitted to the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, office A220 in Leu A, 2nd floor, (Bd. Iuliu Maniu, Nr. 1-3).

We also inform you that the registration of traineeships will be done through the dedicated platform available at: https://practica.etti.pub.ro/. After registering your traineeship offer, you will receive access to this platform, where you will be able to manage student applications for the traineeships offered.
