Practice - stage IV

Once a company accepts the student for the internship and the student accepts the position via the practice platform faculty (https://practica.etti.pub.ro/) follows the conclusion of the internship agreement - "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT) on the performance of the internship within the undergraduate degree programs in the academic year 2023-2024" - between the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, the company and the student intern.

The steps to be taken to sign the tripartite practice agreement are as follows:

Step 1: The student fills in his/her personal data (mentioning the father's initial and writing with diacritics both full name and home address) in the tripartite internship agreement and sends it to the company, which in turn fills in the data about the company, the guardian, as well as practice portfolio.

Step 2The student or the company representative sends the internship agreement in ".doc" or ".docx" format to practica@etti.pub.ro for the completion of the supervising teacher from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, checking compliance with the model submitted, as well as endorsing the internship portfolio.

Step 3: ETTI forwards the internship agreement completed with the supervisor's details to the company representative or student by email.

Step 4The company representative(s) signs and stamps the tripartite internship agreement, the student also signs it, then sends it to the supervising teacher (specified in the agreement in Art. 8, point (2)), who also signs the agreement.

Step 5: The tripartite internship agreement must be brought to the faculty by the ETTI internship officer (Office A220) to be registered, signed and stamped, according to a schedule that will be posted both on the faculty's website under the section Summer Internship, as well as within the Microsoft Teams PRACTICE team.
