Titular laborator: Prof. dr. ing. Mariana – Eugenia ILAȘ
This course teaches the students how to manage a project using the PMI waterfall approach, as well as using severalAGILE approach (with focus on SCRUM). The course is extremely interactive (there is continuous back-and-forth dialogue between professor and the students, there are a lot of hands-on exercises, role-plays, real life case-studies (real high-tech projects) that are worked on in class and at home. The students are encouraged to express their ideas, there are a lot of brainstorming lessons. According to students feedback at the end of the course, this course gives them all the knowledge they need to handle better their work and have a better understanding of the ‘big picture’ of a project: how to plan, how to assess and manage risks, how to track progress, how to finish successfully a project.
