Submission of applications for first-degree performance scholarships (additional documents)

By 10 October 2023, the documents for the Performance Fellowship Grade I have been collected at the ETTI Secretariat according to the following initial specifications:
a) The first grade performance scholarship (previously called performance scholarship) is awarded only to students in the second to fourth years of the bachelor's degree and to students in the second year of the master's degree, provided that the overall average of the previous year is at least 9.70 and the student has at least 30 points obtained according to the attached list of criteria.
b) The Performance Scholarship Grade I (previously called Performance Scholarship) is awarded at the beginning of the academic year for one academic year and is reviewed after the winter session, when the Scholarship Committee may decide to withdraw the scholarship from those students who have not achieved adequate professional results.
c) Applicants will submit to the faculty scholarship committee a file containing:
- the application accompanied by a C.V.,
- list of professional competition entries (in academic year 2022-2023),
- Published papers and articles (in academic year 2022-2023),
- participation in scientific research contracts (in academic year 2022-2023),
- possibly other supporting documents
Applications for the first grade performance scholarship were submitted to the ETTI Secretariat until 10 October this year.
Exceptionally, this academic year, due to the change in the UNSTPB legislation and regulations related to the awarding of scholarships, this submission will be extended until November 10, 2023, with the following new documents to be attached by the beneficiary students:
1) the request, accompanied by the consent to the processing of personal data;
2) copy of identity card;
3) supporting documents specific to the type of scholarship applied for (if applicable, these are those mentioned in points a, b and c).
New applications or requested additions (which are compulsory) must be submitted to the ETTI Secretariat by 10 November this year. The list of criteria has not changed significantly (and is completed by the ETTI Faculty Scholarship Award Committee).
