A new class of ETTI students has begun their internship at the STARC4SYS lab set up on campus. The partnership provides access to the company’s equipment and specialists, allowing students to apply their knowledge and gain familiarity with industrial operations.
Corneliu Florea attended the AI for Good Global Summit 2025, which focused on the responsible use of artificial intelligence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and applications that make an impact on climate change and access to healthcare.
Two projects by ETTI students received the Grand Prize at POLITEHNICA: „Sleep Quality Monitoring Using EEG Signals and 2D Convolutional Architectures with Attention,” by Bogdan-Gabriel Mitrea, a senior, under the supervision of Anamaria Rădoi; and „Research on the Development of an Experimental Model of a System…”

Five days of meetings with experts and hands-on activities for students in the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, 5G/6G, robotics, virtual reality, and space technologies.

The graduates celebrated the completion of their studies together with their families, friends, and teachers. The ceremony included segments dedicated to the graduating class, including the C, D, and E cohorts; Dean Radu Mihnea Udrea captured a video moment of the graduates tossing their caps.
The faculty and the alumni community celebrated the achievements of the valedictorians. Maria Marin, majoring in Telecommunications Technologies and Systems, was the valedictorian of the ETTI Class of 2025, with a graduation GPA of 9.67 and a scholarship for every year of study.
The faculty promoted enrollment through a campaign featuring humorous visuals. On the day of the exam, members of the Electronics Students’ League were present in front of the faculty building, alongside the applicants and their families.
