I lost/destroyed my phone, how do I reconfigure the app for OTP?

To receive another QR code and set up a new OTP generator, you need to open a ticket on ticketing.upb.ro. Select the "Open a New Ticket" option and fill in the fields as in the image below:

Remarks:

1. You must also fill in your National ID number to be identified in the database.
2. You can associate multiple OTP devices or apps with your institutional account. To avoid losing access in the future, we advise you to also install the app KeePassXC on your computer (laptop/desktop), according to This tutorial. To configure a new OTP device in addition to your current one, you can go to This one address and select the "Set up authenticator application" option.
