Phase 3
In this phase may be enrolled in the first year those candidates who at the end of Phase 2 of the current session were declared preliminarily admitted (to a place at the faculty they applied to) or preliminarily admitted by redistribution (to another faculty of POLITEHNICA Bucharest), who have a complete admission file and for whom the data provided in the application process are in accordance with the original documents provided in Phase 3, who confirm their desire to occupy the place obtained preliminarily and who complete the documents required for enrollment in the first year and matriculation.
The validation of the admitted candidates and their registration as first year students will take place between July 25 and July 27, 2024, between 08:00 and 16:00, at the faculty where the candidate was declared admitted, either in person or by notarial proxy.
You must complete in person the physical admission file containing the documents listed in Annex VII of the POLITEHNICA Bucharest Admission Regulations. The local admission committee analyzes and, if necessary, validates the admission file.
The candidate with a completed and validated admission file confirms his/her wish to take the preliminary place by:
- Completing your application for first year;
- Submit the original Baccalaureat diploma if you have obtained a budget-funded place;
- Online payment of the first year registration fee (50 lei);
- Online payment of 500 lei of the tuition fee (approximately ¼ of the tuition fee for the first semester) if admitted to a tuition fee place. This payment is on account of his tuition fee. If a candidate, as a result of deferment, ends up on a budget-funded place, this payment will be refunded in full.
Further, if a candidate who has successfully completed the confirmation of place does not wish to participate in the (internal) second stage (internal) slide, he/she:
- The place is already confirmed;
- Sign the study contract.
If, however, he additionally wishes to participate in the (internal) slide according to the options at registration, then:
- Marks on the application form that he/she wishes to participate in the sliding and thereby confirms that he/she agrees to be promoted to a place in a higher FaDoFi triad (from the faculty to which he/she has been declared admitted) in his/her hierarchy of choices, in which case he/she will be enrolled in the new field and/or, where applicable, the new funding form. In this case, the automatic modification clauses (following internal dragging and dropping) of the enrolment request are activated;
- If you want your budget options to be taken into account in this slide, mark this in your application form and submit your original Baccalaureate diploma (if you have not already submitted it under the previous paragraph). By marking this option on the application form, he/she also confirms that he/she agrees to be promoted to a place in a higher FaDoFi triad in his/her hierarchy of options at the same faculty to which he/she was admitted/admitted by redistribution, in which case he/she will be enrolled in the new field and/or, where applicable, the new form of funding;
- If you wish to have your fee options taken into account for this swipe, mark this on your application form and pay 500 lei tuition fee online (approximately ¼ of the tuition fee for the first semester), if you have not already paid it under the previous paragraph. By marking this option on the application form, he/she also confirms that he/she agrees to be promoted to a place in a higher FaDoFi triad (from the faculty to which he/she has been admitted/admitted by redistribution) in his/her hierarchy of options, in which case he/she will be enrolled in the new field and/or, where applicable, the new funding form;
- Signs the framework version of the study contract for the current FaDoFi, with the activation of the automatic redo clause (following the internal drag and drop).
Admitted candidates who have not validated their admission file and/or have not confirmed the place obtained in Phase 2 between July 25 and July 27, 2024, lose their place, are declared rejected and the places thus vacated are made available for internal transfer.
Validation involves completing a physical admission file containing the following documents (Annex VIII of the POLITEHNICA Bucharest Admission Regulations):

In addition, for candidates who are graduates of a higher education institution and falling into one of the categories:
- Are graduates with a diploma and are admitted early to a new degree program/field - The file shall be completed with Bachelor's degree with transcript of records a diploma or diploma of higher education, indicating the financing scheme under which the studies were carried out (budget or fee-based) Original
- They are graduates but have not passed the bachelor's exam (diploma) and are being admitted early to follow a new degree program/field - The file shall be completed with Certification a certificate showing that you are a graduate without a bachelor's degree, specifying the funding scheme under which your studies were carried out (budget or fee-based) - Original
For candidates who are/were students, fee-paying or not (at a faculty of POLITEHNICA Bucharest or other universities) and which:
- Drop out of the program/field/faculty in which they are/were enrolled and have been admitted early (to a different field or even to the same field) to another faculty - The file shall be completed with Certification showing their student status or, where applicable, the period(s) during which they were a student, specifying the number of years of university studies and the financing regime for each year (budget or fee-paying) - - Original
- Enrolled (in parallel) for a new degree program (in a different field) and were declared admitted early - The file shall be completed with Certification showing their student status and the financing regime (budget or fee-based) for the study program they are enrolled in, Certification showing that the student is a full time student (without any outstanding marks) or that he/she is currently in school - - Original
For candidates who are fee-paying students (at a faculty of POLITEHNICA Bucharest or other universities) and are admitted early to go duty-free (on places financed from the budget) to the same field of study and that:
- They are students of POLITEHNICA Bucharest – No additional documents needed
- They are students at other universities - The file shall be completed with Certification showing your student status and funding scheme, Current school situation (with all subjects and results obtained) - - Original
The registration fee is 50 lei and can be paid by having mentioned it in the payment explanations:
- For candidates who are not taking part in the sliding - Candidate's full name, the faculty to which he/she is enrolled, "Undergraduate registration";
- For candidates taking part in the sliding - Candidate's full surname and given name, "Registration - Glisare".
