Considering:
Provisions of Law 199 / 2023 - Law Higher Education - art. 128 paragraph (3) and Law 272 / 2004 republished, with subsequent amendments and additions - art. 64 paragraph (1) on the protection and promotion of the rights of the child - the settlement of transportation surface transportation;
Order No 3131 / 2019 issued by the Ministry of National Education on the approval of Methodology for the allocation of budgetary funds intended for the subsidy for transportation public local surface public transportation for students, allocated to educational institutions higher education institutions in Romania;
In the academic year 2024-2025, National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications, Telecommunications and Technology Information Technology and Information Technology may pay the tuition fees to students enrolled in the full-time education program, under 30 years of age, only the cost of STB season tickets.
Disbursement is made as follows:
a) 90% of the amount of the subscription, for students enrolled in the current year of of bachelor's/master's degree courses, irrespective of the form of financing of studies;
b) 100% from the amount of the subscription, for orphans (one or both parents) or from foster care or who have been in placement with extended family, foster or maternal assistant.
Submission of documents for settlement of STB vouchers purchased up to the date will be made at the ETTI secretariat, through the group leaders or individually.
Settlement tables subscriptions can be submitted in March (for October, November, December, January and February) and in June ( March, April, May and June).
Centralising table submitted by the group leader or by the student wishing to settle must be computerized, all data must be correct and without erasures.
The column with the student's name will be completed in alphabetical order and the last column will be be signed only by the card owner.

The tables for settlement will include only students who present original receipts and a copy of the "ACTIV" card with student's name and series legible card.
Receipts are received for settlement in chronological order of the months, in original, stamped by the STB issuer.
For each student, STB receipts are arranged in chronological order, and the same is done in the settlement table and the the supporting documents, and staple a single copy the "ACTIV" card.
Receipts that do not have the same series as the on the copy of the "ACTIV" card can be settled only if:
- a proof of the serial number of the card, in the case of a lost card, or printscreen from the account on the website https://online.stbsa.ro/register/new.aspx
A copy of the "ACTIV" card must be attached to each set of receipts, each time table is presented for settlement (there are 2 settlements in the academic year, so each student must xerox at the beginning of the academic year 2 copies of the "ACTIVE", in order not to erase the card serial number later on due to frequent use).
For the settlement, each student must have uploaded on the studenti.pub.ro a valid personal IBAN, valid for the whole academic year .
Banks accepted are: BCR, BRD,BT,ING,OTP, UNICREDIT, RAIFFEISEN BANK.
The submission of tables for settlement will be throughout the month, avoiding thus avoiding overcrowding in the last days of submission.

Metrorex passes or season tickets integrated (transport surface + subway or surface transportation + train). The payment of metro passes shall be made separately, in conditions laid down by the Decision No 811 of September 8, 2023 for approving the Methodological Rules on the granting of facilities for internal rail and metro transportation for students.
Subscriptions for students whose name and "ACTIV" card series are not legible.
Summer vacation season tickets (except subscriptions for third-year students who have their practicals after the exam session).
Tables which do not conform to the model presented (visit the ETTI for the template).
